The cellar is located on the first floor of the Eiffel Tower, right next to Thierry Marx’s La Bulle Parisienne restaurant, at a height of 58 meters above the ground.
The winery hosts all the equipment required for winemaking and ageing operations, including stainless steel wine tanks and a selection of oak barrels.

The production process focuses on Merlot grapes sourced from vineyards in Yvelines, cultivated according to organic farming principles.
In collaboration with LASI, Winerie Parisienne has brought winemaking back to the Eiffel Tower, selecting insulated conical stainless steel tanks featuring a vertical satin finish in anthracite grey.
