Stainless steel beer fermenters: maximum fermentation control
Our CCT beer fermenters are designed to give brewers full control during fermentation. The tank configuration and high-quality internal finishes simplify cleaning operations and minimize the need for manual intervention.
Fermentation parameters and temperature are continuously monitored through LASI BREW software, allowing precise control of every phase of the process. This approach helps reduce contamination risks and ensures consistent product quality.
Conical CCT fermenters of any sizes
Our production capabilities allow us to operate across a wide range of scales. We manufacture fermenters for small and medium-sized craft breweries starting from 1,2 hl, but we also develop solutions for large industrial breweries, with capacities up to 2.600 hl when built in our facilities, and over 10.000 hl when manufactured on-site.
This flexibility allows us to be partners of brewers in developing efficient brewing systems designed to enhance beer quality.
