Enological systems:
where innovation takes shape

Gruppo LASI was founded in 1980 from the vision of the Crosato family.
Since then, we have been developing advanced technologies for the wine, but also for the brewing, chemical-pharmaceutical, and food industries, with a clear specialization: designing, manufacturing, and installing high-performance stainless steel systems.

We don’t chase innovation. We build it—every day.

With over 150 professionals and an average annual turnover of €28 million, LASI designs, manufactures, and installs enological systems and custom wine production solutions worldwide.
Each year, we invest in research and development, because we believe that quality evolves, improves, and is continuously refined.

This commitment has led to innovations that have shaped the industry, such as he Mythos vinifier, the Leonardo mobile punch-down system, advanced pneumatic grape presses, and the Bollicina rotary pressure tank.

However, LASI’s true hallmark lies in its fully customized enological systems and turnkey winery systems. These projects have established the brand as a true top of mind leader in stainless steel processing applied to high-end winery equipment manufacturing.

Enological systems that make difference

Gruppo LASI brings together complementary companies with perfect synergy:

  • LASI, the parent company;
  • NOFORM, the engineering and design studio;
  • LASIFRANCE, the reference point for the French market;
  • LASIAMERICA, the commercial branch for the American market.

This integrated ecosystem is designed to manage every project from the initial concept to the final installation of enological systems and tecnological wine production plants.

Today, NOFORM leads winery engineering and design projects worldwide, working closely with LASI on the development and installation of advanced custom winery equipment.
Since 2024, the Group has been further strengthened by LASIAMERICA, based in Montréal (Québec), serving as a key commercial hub for the North American market.

Our approach to custom enological systems

Nearly 50 years of experience in stainless steel processing enable us to approach each project with a tailor-made mindset, carefully balancing technical performance and aesthetic value.
We go beyond supplying machinery. We develop custom solutions, building an ongoing dialogue with our customers to seamlessly integrate technology and design.

We design and manufacture enological systems of any size, from small-capacity vessels to large-scale solutions exceeding 10.000 hl, including stainless steel wine tanks and complete fermentation systems.

Our engineering expertise is supported by a responsive after-sales service, ensuring operational continuity, reliability, and safety.

While our core business today is the development of custom enological systems for wine production, over time we have expanded our expertise into the brewing, chemical-pharmaceutical, food, and process plant engineering sectors.

For over 15 years, LASI has specialized in complete enological systems and turnkey winery projects, integrating all major winery equipment and managing every stage with qualified personnel, ensuring quality, reliability, and efficiency at every step.

ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN

The new winery design approach

Winery design starts a new era with NOFORM, the architecture, design, and engineering company of the Group. Working in synergy with LASI, an integrated team of architects and engineers develops tailor-made solutions for wineries and production facilities, managing design, layout of enological systems, and organization of production areas.
This approach connects architecture and technology from the earliest stages.

A clear example is Prapian winery by Vinicola Sacchetto in Tarzo: NOFORM handled concept, architectural design, interiors, and project management, while LASI delivered the entire wine production system, from grape reception to bottling, supplying presses, autoclaves, tanks, walkways, stairs, and complete process equipment for the winery.

Another key project is Ca’ Maiol, part of Santa Margherita Group in Desenzano del Garda: a benchmark in white wine production based on a gravity-flow system. NOFORM developed the design and plant integration, while LASI supplied all winery equipment and process systems, fully integrated and seamlessly hidden within the structure.
Today, this approach is reflected in dozens of projects across the world’s leading wine regions.

LASI France

After more than twenty years of experience delivering high-end enological systems in France, in 2019 we strengthened our presence with the creation of LASIFRANCE.
In Épernay, at the heart of the Champagne region, we opened a commercial and representative office to directly manage clients, projects, and after-sales service.

Through LASIFRANCE, we operate across the entire country — from Provence to Bordeaux, Burgundy to Champagne, and Alsace, extending our reach into Switzerland.

Among the most iconic installations are La Winerie Parisienne near the Eiffel Tower, Château Haut-Bailly near Bordeaux, Barons de Rothschild in Champagne, and Château de La Chaize in Odenas, north of Lyon. Projects that shows our expertise in custom winery engineering.

LASI America

In 2024, we took a further step in our growth with the launch of LASIAMERICA, the commercial company for the Canadian and U.S. markets.

Our headquarters are located in downtown Montréal (Québec), a strategic hub that allows us to stay close to clients and support the development of enological systems across North America.

Through LASIAMERICA, we closely monitor our systems ensuring efficiency and reliability in every project.

Key projects in North America include Martin’s Lane Winery for the Mark Anthony Group in Kelowna, developed in collaboration with NOFORM and LASI, and Stone Eagle for Two Sisters Vineyards in Canada, near Niagara Falls.
