Dominio de Eguren is a fourth-generation winery of the Eguren family, dedicated to enhancing grapes from 15 estate-owned vineyards within the denomination of origin, all directly managed by the property.
The production approach is based on strict quality control both in the vineyard and in the winery, with winemaking processes designed to achieve the highest expression of the grapes.
Complete winemaking plant in Spain
In collaboration with LASI and NOFORMSTUDIO, the winery developed a complete stainless steel winemaking system, including 14 insulated and temperature-controlled wine tanks, comprising conical, inverted conical and cylindrical storage vessels with capacities ranging from 100 to 130 hl. The installation is complemented by access stairways and a stainless steel walkway of over 360 m², designed to ensure full accessibility and operational efficiency across the entire winery system.
The walkway is positioned above a tank battery composed of three different materials: concrete, wood and stainless steel and features a continuous walking surface integrating the patented “LEONARDO® 3” system, enabling advanced control of the winemaking process.
