Purina – Nestlé, an international leader in the pet food industry, commissioned Gruppo LASI to design and manufacture a stainless steel industrial system for the storage and mixing of dry food products at its production site in Portogruaro.
Developed through a complete 3D modelling process, the project included the supply and installation of 15 vertical food-grade stainless steel tanks with a capacity of 500 hl each, dedicated to the mixing and storage of raw materials and semi-finished products for the pet food industry.
Storage, mixing, and process automation plants
The system is completed by high-performance vertical agitation units, as well as stainless steel access stairs and seismic-resistant walkways designed according to UNI EN ISO 14122 and NTC 2018 standards, ensuring safety, accessibility and maximum operational efficiency.
